Vinyl Wrap Process

Step 1: Wash & Decontaminate
Our 3-step washing process ensures your car is thoroughly washed and decontaminated of any wax, dirt and grime on the paint and panels. This involves a full rinse and foam wash. Next, the vehicle is clay barred to remove any stuck residue in the paint, followed by a final deep clean. The car is then assessed for any dents or marks that can be repaired or removed before vinyl wrap is applied to the car (we will give you a full quote before commencing any repairs).
Step 2: Disassembly
Once the car is dried, any necessary components are removed prior to applying the wrap. This is done by our specialised prestige technicians. This is so all edges and details are cleaned with the utmost care, and for the vinyl to be neatly tucked and trimmed to precision, giving each panel a factory-smooth finish.
Step 3: Panel Prep & Taping
Each body panel is wiped down and taped according to which panel is going through vehicle wrapping. All trims and accessories are taped up for protection and easier installation (allowing the vinyl to not stick to other panels, which may cause stretch in certain areas).
Step 4: Final Inspection
After the body panels are wrapped, we conduct a complete inspection of the film, working panel by panel. After inspection, the car is detailed and ready for collection.
